Peanut Butter and Chocolate Marble Fudge
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
Chocolate Fudge:
1 cup cashews
1/4 cup cocoa powder
pinch salt
1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon vanillaPeanut Butter Fudge:

I found this a few years a go on another cooking site and have been making it for christmas ever since. It reminds me of my Grandmothers butterscotch frosting recipe. I have made it without the nuts but I think it is better with them in. Cooking time includes cooling time.

My sister loves this fudge and so do I. It reminds us of the fudge we would get at the Jersey Shore when we were girls. I started making it for Christmas about 3 years ago. I found the recipe in a Southern Living magazine and the strawberry marshmallow creme online.( I have never found it in a store.) This freezes well, I have made it without the pecans but I think it is better with them. Cooking time includes cooling time.

This is my Aunts fudge recipe that she gave to my mother some years ago. I have always made this at Christmas. It freezes well and is a great addition to the Christmas cookie tray and pretty easy to whip together.

Like a Resees only better, because it’s fudgy! Like fudge only better because it’s peanut buttery! It’s only 2 ingredients, which means it gets straight to the point of the most important flavors, not that it’s somehow a compromise compared to more complicated recipes.
