Apple Cake
A moist and flavorful apple cake with almonds, topped with whipped heavy cream mixed with cinnamon and sugar

- Beat eggs until fluffy.
- Add sugar, oil, flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Fold in diced apples and nuts.
- Place in a greased and floured cake pan (13"×9"×2" works well).
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45-50 minutes.
- Whip the heavy cream in a mixer and mix with powdered sugar and cinnamon to taste.
- Let the cake cool a little before topping with the heavy cream.
