- Cut the chicken breasts into ¾-inch cubes.

- Add the chicken cubes and sauté over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes, turning the chicken until browned on all sides.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Spoon the chicken tidbits into a flat serving dish.
- Serve as an appetizer, using small wooden or plastic picks.
